What is optional

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request. The others are optional. If you decline to fill in a required field, we will not be able to process the request. If you decline analytics cookies, the website works the same way.

Your consent

We collect your information when you tick the consent box on a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the person responsible (see below). Withdrawing your consent for an application ends its review.

Who can see your information

At our company: only the people who need it. Contact requests are read by the team that replies. Applications, by the people who recruit. Résumés are stored in an area of the website reserved for logged-in administrators, not accessible to the public.

At our suppliers: we use companies to run the website. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.

  • Website hosting: OVH, in a data centre located in Canada.
  • Emails and newsletter: we use the company’s email, with no external sending tool for now. If this changes, we will update this page.
  • Cookie banner geolocation: hostip.info, an external service that receives your IP address to determine your country. This happens as soon as you arrive, before you have made a choice.
  • Audience measurement (only if you accept it): Google, with Google Analytics, loaded by Google Tag Manager.

Analytics cookies and tracking

Some cookies can be used to track browsing and produce statistics. The law calls this profiling. They are off by default. They are only turned on if you click “Accept all” or enable them yourself in the banner. To review your choices, click the small round icon at the bottom left of the screen. All the details are in the cookie policy.

Where your information is kept

The website is hosted by OVH, in a data centre located in Canada. Your information is stored there.

Two exceptions: the banner geolocation service (hostip.info) receives your IP address, and we have not confirmed in which country it processes it. And if you accept analytics cookies, Google may process this data outside Quebec, notably in the United States.

How long we keep it

  • Contact requests: 2 years after our last exchange.
  • Applications: 12 months after the end of the process. We may keep them longer if you allow us to, for another position.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every message contains an unsubscribe link.

After that, we securely destroy the information or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Only authorized people can access the information, with a password, and repeated login attempts are blocked. We make backups and update the website regularly.

You can ask us:

  • to see the information we hold about you;
  • to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • to withdraw your consent or delete it;
  • to receive your information in a commonly used, machine-readable format, or to send it to another organization.
